Hello and welcome.
My personal mission is to leave the world a little better than I found it each day. For me this means more dynamic, more creative and more fulfilled.
I am actively committed to providing coaching that supports and celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
My specific interests lie in relationships, specifically between creativity and process, between life and work, between ‘doing’ and ‘being’.
I facilitate a process of breaking things down into manageable steps and work with individuals and groups.
I ask that you bring an open and curious mind. I ask that you choose to show up, and to believe that your future can be brighter than your past or your present. This is hard work, but also some of the most important work you will ever do.
